Industrial and centralized vacuum cleaner with hopper suitable for heavy purpose, can be positioned by overhead travelling crane(with a minimum load 3 Ton) or fork lift (with a minimum load 3 Ton) . The hopper has the capacity of 3000lt, can be easily empted trough a butterfly valve with manual or pneumatic actuators for the discharge..
The air filtering system is composed by a polyester felt filtering sleeves with internal frame, safety polyester cartridge to protect the pump, metal safety cooling pump cartridge (AV models only) automatic and timer system for the filter sleeves cleaning by air injection. Inside the hopper , there is a level gauge that stops the machine when the hopper is full.
The machines are supplied to operate with electrical voltage V 400, three-phase, different electrical voltage will be suggest in the request and they will quote separately. The electrical cable is not supplied.
For the fixed installation can be supply a remote control with 5mt cable.
This kind of vacuum unit may be certified according to ATEX Z22 norms.
