The Univac’s pre-separators PR-F are designed to work connect to vacuum group and they are designed to storage the sucked material . To satisfy different requirements and uses, we had designed different pre-separator models , all with cyclonic head with high efficiency to hold also the smallest parts. All the pre-separators UniVac are sturdy made to vacuum and work in extreme conditions and is designed with a compact shape and are transportable by forklift or overhead traveling crane by its eyebolts .The pre-separators must be placed as close as possible to the sucked materials to obtain maximum efficiency and reducing the friction in the piping system. The PR-V preseparators are empted trough a butterfly valve and the placing on a big bag support for the discharge.. All the pre-separators are provide with a level gauge that has to be connected to the vacuum group.
